Dinner Dance 25th February 2012

Saturday 25th Feb. sees us host our next ballroom & Latin freestyle dance competition day,and Grand Strictly Dinner Dance in the evening! The venue is the Noverre Ballroom Assembly House Norwich.

 

The Day Begins Around Midday...

 

...and all our teachers and students, will begin dancing in their respective categories, showcasing their wonderful talents in their freestyle events. Hoping to achieve top honours in their graded sections. They will perform in front of, a specially invited qualified adjudicator who is chosen for their respective knowledge on Ballroom Dance.

 

Their job will be to access and grade,our students in all round ability, such as the technical,and artistic elements required in each dance. This is in addition to also separately taking external assessment with the IDTA(International Dance Teachers Assoc.) awarding body twice a year.

The Emphasis is Fun Fun Fun!

 

Each student will receive an individual assessment at the end of the day, giving them a clear indication of their achievements to date and things to improve on in the future. The day is very enjoyable and all ages and levels are encouraged to take part. The emphasis is fun fun fun! Following a very fun and busy day we have pleasure, in inviting everyone back to the ballroom as we will host another of Our Glitzy Dinner Dances at the fabulous Noverre Ballroom at the prestigious Assembly House in Norwich. This very Beautiful venue was the the Venue for our last dinner dance in October, and we are returning for another, fabulous evening, full of fantastic showcases featuring our very own students with their teachers, together with wonderful, dining to include a bubbly reception, superb three course dinner,coffees also lots of general dancing till late in the evening..

You'll have the best teacher. All of our dance instructors must complete a most arduous training regime. They are experienced on the dance floor and knowledgeable in techniques to help you learn to master today's popular dances. The instructors selected for you are ones we know will best suit your personality.

 

We welcome,all ages and abilities to come and enjoy a great night out with all your friends, its not only an opportunity to come along if you already dance,why not book a table with all your friends and family!! They will love it!!!

 

Saturday Evening Black Tie Ball

The evening starts at 6.30 with welcome drinks on arrival, followed by, some showcases, to open the evening, by some of our fabulous students and their teachers. They will entertain you with some fabulous performances!!! This is then followed by first class dining and complimented by coffee at the end of the meal. General dancing will then follow, an opportunity to take to the floor and enjoy dancing to some of the best dance music around!!!

 

Enjoy a Fabulous Evening of Breath-Taking Ballroom Showcases

After some more showcases by our fabulous teachers and their students, some more general dancing takes over and then it's time for another special part of the evening. Our professional dance cabaret!! We are very lucky and proud,here at Miller Dance Centre as it is the home of the stage and TV stars as well as World British & European Ballroom & Latin Junior Champions dancers,Luke Miller & Hanna Cresswell!!! They will perform live, in front of your very own eyes on the evening in their very own stunning show.
